We handle all the paperwork submission and get everything fully set up for your clients to start making payments. You will want to get this done right away as it can take some time to get the full account set-up.
Pro Tip: At times, you may have to prepare at least 1-2 payments outside of servicing, please maintain those receipts. We will consult with you first to ensure we can provide maximum value for you. FedEx, UPS or shipping fees are not included in the prices below. Rush Service set up may be available and some Loan Servicing bill annually or have a service per month.
Any applicable postage for shipping or expedited services, including certified mail with Form 3811 return receipts, overnight delivery fees, recording and/or runner fees are not included the prices and will cost additional. All prices quoted herein are subject to change without notice.
Price List for setting up your Loan Servicing Account are as follows:
If your a client with an active open file with us that has not closed, the price is $299 our fee + Servicing Fees (Paid upfront)
If your not a client and you need assistance with this service. WHILE IN ESCROW, the price is $599 + Servicing Fees (Paid upfront)
If your not a client and you need assistance with this service AFTER THE FILE HAS CLOSED, the price is $799 + Servicing Fees (Paid upfront)
We will request and collect documents for the Loan Servicing Company. Your client’s Loan Servicing account will be started once all required documentation is received and entered into the system and verified. All parties will receive a confirmation Welcome Letter after setup.
